If you have more realistic goals, you often find yourself between a rock and a creek without a paddle. Fall 2000 I began taking courses to earn Westmoreland County Community College's Web Design Certificate. By June 2001 I had earned a nice and moderately priced piece of paper saying I know how to do exactly what I've been doing for four years. Still, it's my piece of paper, with my name on it and everything. Now what you see here is official!
